- Phone, email or go online to get in touch with the team at your local office.
- If you have an account with us, please provide the team with your 4-digit account number. This will save time as all your details are saved.
- If you do not have an account with us, please provide your full contact details, address and payment details.
- You will then be asked for the collection and delivery details, including addresses, company names, contact names, telephone numbers. Make sure you have these to hand. The reason we ask for all these details is to give us the best chance of making a successful delivery for you.
- Next, you will be asked what vehicle you require and what the goods we will be collecting are. If unsure on the vehicle you require, you can check here for all the different options.
- You will then be asked what time you require the collection to be made. If you need it as soon as possible, we will provide you with a pick up time.
- If you have a PO number or reference for the booking, the team will ask for this now.
- Finally, you will be provided with a quotation for the job.
- Your job is then processed through our system for delivery.
- You can fully track your delivery through your online portal. If you are not set-up yet, please contact your account Manager or local office.
