  • Enter the service you require
  • Enter location of collection• Enter the time and date of collection
  • Enter the description and value of Goods
  • Enter PO Number
  • Print out a label and or a docket
  • Expect your booking to be subject to change if details have been filled out incorrectly
  • Call one of our officers if you would like to cancel the job with short notice

Don’ts

  • Assume your booking had been confirmed until you have received confirmation
  • Book out of office hours
  • Call or email to inform us of your booking, our operations teams will be aware of your booking
  • Forget to print a label and or a docket
  • Edit your job request after the job has been confirmed
  • Add extra items to the booking after confirmation without informing the office
